This hearing is regarding the Bureau of Indian Affairs' (BIA) wilfull abuse of their statutory obligation to perform numerous studies prior to their approval of the lease agreement between Pleasant Point Tribal Government and Quoddy Bay LLC (Quoddy Bay LNG).

This affects the validity of the ground lease between Pleasant Point Tribal Government and Quoddy Bay LLC (Quoddy Bay LNG).

NOTE: To attend the hearing, you may be required to produce a photo ID (i.e., a dirver's license), and you will be required to pass through a metal detector. Pocket knives and other small items that could be used as weapons are prohibited.
