Information: FILE LIST Summary: Downeast LNG has admitted it is not qualified to continue permitting, and is putting the project up for sale — meaning that the project is now highly speculative. FERC has a de facto anti-speculation policy. Therefore, FERC must dismiss Downeast LNG from permitting. Top
