Filed Date: 3/25/2011
Accession No: 20110325-5154
Description: Motion of Save Passamaquoddy Bay and NULANKEYUTOMONEN NKIHTAHKOMIKUMON: FOIA Request, Objection to Downeast LNG Confidentiality Claim, and Request for Release of Claimed Confidential Information, et. al. under CP07-52, et. al.

Summary: SPB & NN filed this comment as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request; or, alternatively, that FERC make public to the docket the documents filed by DeLNG on March 2 (Accession No: 20110302-5126).

FERC's rules show that purchase option information is not confidential, and DeLNG did not follow the proper procedure for filing confidential documents.

Plus, Downeast LNG did not fully comply with FERC's information request by not indicating whether or not circumstances have changed or if they actually intend to use the project site.
