Filed By: Pierce Atwood LLP [Attorney for Downeast LNG]
Filed Date: 5/27/2015
Accession No: 20150527-5176
Description: 2015-05-27 Response Letter from M. Manahan on behalf of Downeast LNG Re Letters from Save Passamaquoddy Bay under Docket Nos. CP07-52 et.al.
Information: FILE LIST

Summary: Downeast LNG's Attorney Matthew Manahan states that Save Passamaquoddy Bay was in error in its previous claims that: 1) Pleasant Point Reservation's boundary extends to the international boundary; that the boundary actually only goes to mean low water, and 2) that the pipeline under the St. Croix River would not pass under any island, but the island in question is not a Passamaquoddy Tribe island, in any case, but is owned by Dicenzo Realty.
