Mar 16 | Filed By: Downeast LNG, Inc. Summary: Downeast LNG indicates that on 2009 Mar 12 it renewed its option to purchase the proposed site property through 2013 Jun 16; however, DeLNG did not answer FERC's question regarding whether or not the company actually intends to use the site for an LNG terminal. Mar 28 | Filed By: Nulankeyutmonen Nkihtahkomikumon Summary: SPB & NN filed this comment as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request; or, alternatively, that FERC make public to the docket the documents filed by DeLNG on March 2 (Accession No: 20110302-5126). FERC's rules show that purchase option information is not confidential, and DeLNG did not follow the proper procedure for filing confidential documents. Plus, Downeast LNG did not fully comply with FERC's information request by not indicating whether or not circumstances have changed or if they actually intend to use the project site.
