The investors — Kestrel Energy Partners and York Town Energy Partners — are already aware that there is no market for the project, and likely have pulled the financing plug. The abeyance request is likely just a ploy by Dean Girdis to delay FERC while he frantically attempts to find another investor with more money than brains.
