Description: Project update for the Downeast LNG Project under CP07-52 et al.

Summary: FERC provides a brochure of update information on the project permitting, and provides a flowchart showing where the applicant is in the permitting process.

FERC will next issue a supplement to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS or Draft EIS), containing a Revised Reliability and Safety Analysis under NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act). Once that is complete, FERC will issue a revised Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review, announcing the target date for issuing FERC's Final EIS and subsequent decision deadline in which FERC will either approve or disapprove the project permit to construct and operate an LNG terminal.
